Shipping policy

We value every purchase, and we are thankful for you shopping with us! Our top priority is ensuring that you receive your items, as quickly, as possible. Please read the procedure below. 


Please note you will have a choice of standard shipping & express shipping will be available by customers by choice on all orders. All customers will be responsible for the shipping fee. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a via message with the USPS tracking number. Please allow 4 to 5 business days for your order to be process and for us to prepare your order before it is ship out to you. Please be sure to provide the correct home address and email address when placing your order.

We are not responsible for any lost, misdelivered, damaged, or stolen packages. If this, happen please file your claim at your nearest USPS store with your tracking number. Once your order has been shipped it's out of our hands (No refunds) If you feel like your mail area is not safe for delivery, please choose an alternative address. Please note in the comment section if you choose to receive
signature confirmation.


We do our best to inspect each item carefully, but unfortunately, mistakes happen. We will try our absolute best to make sure to make it right for you. Customer satisfaction is important to us. We want all our customers to have a pleasant experience shopping with Classy & Curvy Boutique. If you receive an incorrect item, we will make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours to let us know with a picture of the item along with your order number. Inventory- If an item is sold out or is out of stock after your order has been placed you will be notified via email right away. Unfortunately, an item can be sold out at any time before the daily update. We apologize should this happen in advance and will notify you accordingly. Thank you for your patience. Due to limited quantities, we are unable to guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we receive your return. We recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a credit to be used in the future.

Please be aware there sometimes be shipping delays due to holidays or other circumstances beyond our control these cases are rare but relevant. Please be patient it’s on the way!!

Return & exchange policy

All sales are Final!!!! we cannot provide exchanges due to COVID-19 or holds due to limited inventory at this time. Things will change in the future.  NO REFUNDS ALLOWED
