Damage Products

Classy & Curvy Boutique would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the item has been opened and used unless the item is faulty or defective.

We can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only for exchange or store credit.  These returns must be made within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. If you feel you have received a faulty or defective item, please email us at info@Classyandcurvy.com for further instructions. Costs to return items to Classy and Curvy are the responsibility of the customer.

Are you shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them a Classy and Curvy BOUTIQUE gift card. Perfect for birthdays, congratulations, or just because! Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

 

Gifts card will be available Via email with a code to be able to use your card. You can redeem a gift card only when it covers the full amount of the order. We cannot exchange gift cards for cash, check, or credit. If your card is lost or stolen please be aware no money can be refunded or credited back to you. No exceptions!! All gift card valid for 1 year
